a written evaluation addressing the following:
Describe the purpose of your internship, where you completed it,
under whose supervision, and for what duration.
What did you gain from this internship experience? What impact
will this have at your current worksite, in your professional development,
or in future studies?
Will this internship impact on increasing the recruitment, retention,
and/or graduation of students who are deaf or hard of hearing in
postsecondary programs? If so, how?
Please sign and date your evaluation.
Share a copy of the evaluation with your supervisor. We will be back
in touch with you in six months to evaluate the
impact of your internship.
