This website features successful individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing in the workplace. This Web aims to inspire students who are deaf and hard of hearing and to assist them in becoming aware of career possibilities. The project documents the lives of individuals, highlighting their experiences growing up as well as factors that made them successful. The Web site attractively displays photos, names, position descriptions, employers and comments from hundreds of individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing from all walks of life.
